We are a niche consultancy specialising in dialogue. We have pioneered the whole field of organisational dialogue since 1983, and we continue to provide a leading edge in the way people do business.  We have systematically and passionately taken the powerful concepts of dialogue we generated 20 years ago, and made them actionable in the day-to-day operations of a wide range of companies and organisations.

We are a company of skilled women and men with the vision and authority to engage the senior leadership - and the practical ability and interest to work at grass roots. We are as comfortable in a board room, a refinery operations team meeting, off-site in a hotel, or in a maximum-security prison.

We also offer leadership development and practitioner sessions, both in-company or publicly at our office in Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire, UK or in central London.
