Peter Garrett

Director

Peter GarrettPeter has pioneered the whole field of dialogue since 1983 when he ran a ground-breaking series of private seminars and authored (with David Bohm) the seminal text “Dialogue - A Proposal”. During the subsequent twenty years he has realised a wide range of dialogic practices in commercial and social organisations of local and international scale. Peter has a strong facilitative presence in challenging situations, he has an acute design sense for dialogic interventions, and he has the capacity to develop these skills in others around him. He is founder of the charity Prison Dialogue and co-founder of Dialogue Associates.

Jane Ball

Director

Jane BallJane is a Director of Dialogue Associates, a consultant and coach, and a faculty member designing and running our learning sessions. She has worked in large commercial organisations such as BP and Barclays Bank on projects that include leadership development, cultural change and inclusion. She has a keen interest in women’s leadership.

Jane is Co-ordinator of Prison Dialogue and has an MA (Politics, Philosophy & Economics) and an MSc (Criminology). She has 18 years experience running social initiatives amongst depressed communities including the homeless, people with mental health and substance misuse problems, those in isolated rural areas and with families in difficulty.

Catherine Livingston

Office Manager
Catherine LivingstonCatherine co-ordinates the day to day running of the office. She also provides support to Jane and Peter.

Sam Dean

Accounts Manager

Sam Dean

Sam joined Dialogue Associates in 2004 as Accounts Manager having worked in accounts for nearly 16 years. She is responsible for completing all aspects of the accounts, including handling client invoices and the company pay roll.

Previously Sam worked in the accounts department of Group 4 Total Security, becoming a supervisor and then moving into a role in credit control. She works part-time for Dialogue Associates.
