We coach, facilitate and consult to individual leaders, their team and whole organisational systems on an inclusive, participatory and transparent basis.

We believe dialogue can transform not only the way people work together but also the relationships between the people in them. We contract to work with individuals on their own development, their key relationships and the task in hand. Our aim is to build capacity in the client so that they become self-directing as quickly as possible.

We offer tailored coaching programmes to suit the individual or fixed-cost packages of 6 or 12 sessions. Clients can choose to include a “Deep Cut interview” - an insightful, in-depth articulation of their leadership journey, storyline and personal destiny. We also offer “Get Real Feedback” - a supportive, face-to-face, high-impact, 360-degree feedback process.
