We have developed a powerful, practice-based methodology for realising change in organisations and large systems.  The Implicate Change Model© is a participatory, adaptive and generative process which has the potential to be self-sustaining.

The key to the Implicate Change Model© is learning how to use the power of the microcosm / macrocosm relationship.  We achieve this through a sequence of  ‘generations’ and conversations that engage the entire system - and can align complex, multi-stakeholder situations.
