Recent projects we have carried out include designing a custom built mutual mentoring programme, facilitating the dissolution of a high performing global team to a regional business model, designing and facilitating quarterly meetings of a cross-functional network and carrying out a high impact, face-to-face 360 degree feedback process for senior leadership.
