Women have a unique part to play in helping to make organisations successful, healthy, vibrant and balanced places. We believe that women’s strength and wisdom lie in them engaging with the reality, opportunities, obstacles and dilemmas inherent within the female life-cycle and that when women do this, they will contribute to their organisations as they have never done before. We invite you to join us on a journey with other women to realise how to lead in our own way and be the powerful women leaders that we are with the know-how to make a difference that matters.

This series of 3 sessions over 5 months with interim coaching is relevant to women who aspire to lead authentically and powerfully

Outcomes

If you join us in this series of sessions you will have the real opportunity to:

1. improve your capacity to have successful conversations and build sustainable, robust relationships by:
* understanding some of the underlying structures that hold women in particular patterns of communication
* addressing how they affect your key relationships at work
2. increase your confidence to express your authentic voice
3. become a more effective leader by applying a dialogic model of women’s leadership to your situation. This will give you with a language and framework to describe the potential breadth of your leadership energy and behaviour
4. harness fresh insights, energy and plans for action by gaining new perspectives on your experience and seeing it in a larger context, both personally and organisationally
5. be coached, and learn how to coach others, through using and applying leadership models developed primarily for women
6. enjoy the company of others and experience the excitement of what happens when a group of women gather to work together

Content and activities

* Work with models developed by Dialogue Associates to describe women’s leadership and some of the structures present when women find and express their voice
* Focus attention on your life-cycle and current dilemmas to develop and deepen your unique way of working
* Learn and use dialogic practice models to participate more effectively in conversations
* Receive sustained support through coaching calls before, between and after the face-to-face sessions and through relationships with fellow participants

Each of the three sessions will start at 10am and run until 5pm. Coffee will be served from 9.30 am. The venue is the Montcalm Hotel, Great Cumberland Place, London W1H 7TW (tel: +44 20 7402 4288, 2 mins from Marble Arch underground station).

There will be a one hour telephone coaching call before, between and after the sessions with one of the members of the faculty.

Your registration for this course will not be confirmed until you have been accepted for the session and full payment or a deposit of £50 has been received. All cancellations must be received at least 21 days before the start of the session for a full refund. After that date you may apply your fee against another course, but no refunds will be granted.
